What drives and motivates you to succeed?
I have been actively involved in exercise and fitness for the past 14years, played table tennis, 100m and 4 by 100m relay at a competitive level during my secondary school days. I also have a strong militant background gained through attending the Command Secondary School in Lagos state, Nigeria – West Africa. With a background in natural bodybuilding and great inputs from the likes of Dave Beattie (Genesis Gym), Justin Peters (NPA Champion), Shawn O’Reilly (Panthers Gym) and Virgin Active UK to name a few, fitness articles and self-experimentation, I am aspiring to be one of the best within the industry.
