Mixes easily, and as part of a diet routine it definitely fits as a complimentary addition. It mixes really easily and you can add flavourless creatine straight in alongside your shake
Negative
This is like swallowing icing sugar it's so so very sweet. I have started semaglutide injections and this is know to change your taste, but not in this case. I tried a shake before I started my injections. It should be called screech, because that's what you do when you drink it.
Conclusion.
This is my own fault, I bought this on cost assuming it would actually taste like a chocolate shake, it doesn't. But genuinely, if you have a sweet tooth (and a lot of people dieting do), then this would be fine. I think it would be a good idea if pro elite sold a taster kit, little pooches with enough powder for a couple of shakes.

Fabulous product I use as a meal replacement with iced water and add a kiwi with skin a teaspoon of total greens and a teaspoon of beetroot powder blend fresh taste keeps you full for ages and adds plenty of protein
